Public Notice 04 July 2022 Date and Subject- wise Schedule for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) Phase 1.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the UGC-National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor on 09, 11, 12 July 2022 & 12, 13, 14 August 2022, in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
There will be no examination on 8th July 2022.
The name of subjects and schedule of examination of 09, 11 & 12 July 2022 of UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (Merged Cycles) are available in Annexure-1.
The examination schedule and name of remaining subjects to be held between 12, 13 & 14 August 2022 will be announced in due course.
The city allotment of candidates whose subjects are being tested on 09 July 2022 are displayed on NTA official website.
The notification regarding downloading of Admit Cards of the exam to be held on 09, 11 & 12 July 2022 will be displayed on the NTA website(s) https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in , www.nta.ac.in shortly.

According to PUBLIC NOTICE on 24 May 2022 by National Testing Agency. Extension of Last Date for Submission of Online Application Form for UGC– NET December 2021 & June 2022 (merged cycles) and further correction facility therein.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representations from the candidates to extend the last date for submission of online application form for UGC NET December 2021 & June 2022 (merged cycles), as they could not upload the photo/documents nor could make payment of requisite application fee due to heavy rush on the last date (20.05.2022). Therefore, in continuation to the Public Notice dated the 30 April 2022 regarding submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) for Junior Research Fellowship(JRF) and eligibility for Assistant Professor (AP), NTA has been decided to extend the last date for submission of online application form for UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles), enabling the aspiring candidate(s) to apply for the said exam.
Accordingly, the revised schedule will be as follows:
